Orders
Please prepare your orders in advance.
When you call please provide the following information:


• Your Name
• Account Number
• Telephone Number
• Purchase Order #
• Part Number & Quantity
• Any information that has changed since your last order.
• Back ordered items are shipped as soon as possible and will be invoiced separately.

Shipping
• Orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
• UPS freight charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to all orders. 
• UPS freight collect is available we must have your UPS shipper number.
• Any quote of freight charges by a sales person is an estimate only and may vary 
at time of delivery.
returns
• Shortages, lost or damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
• No returns will be accepted without a (RMA) Return Material Authorization number from Mr. Nozzle Inc.
• Any returned non-defective parts will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Any defective parts will be exchanged once returned and inspected, please notify us and we will issue a call tag.
• No used parts will be credited.

Terms
• Net 30 available with approved credit application.
• To avoid UPS’s COD charge, pay by using credit card (Visa or Master Card) 
or prepay with check.
•Order will be held until your check arrives to our office.

• Minimum of $50 per order 
• We will not sell direct to Car Washes.
• Special orders such as custom colors on nozzles or hose must be prepaid by credit card or check and is not returnable. 
• Shipments may be placed on hold for any past due invoices.
• Prices subject to change at anytime.

product warranty
One Year Limited Warranty 
This warranty applies only to MR.NOZZLE, INC products purchased in the United States.
What is covered?
Any defect in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from accidents, damage while in transit to our service location, alterations, unauthorized repair, failure to follow instructions, misuse, use outside the United States, fire, flood, and acts of God. If product should become defective within the warranty period, we will repair it or elect to replace it free of charge, including free return transportation, provided it is delivered prepaid to the manufacturer, MR. NOZZLE INC. We suggest you retain your original packing materials in the event you need to ship your MR. NOZZLE INC. product. When sending your MR. NOZZLE INC. product to the manufacturer, please include your name, address, phone number, proof of original purchase receipt, and a description of the operating problem. If we choose to replace your MR. NOZZLE INC. product, please allow 8 to 10 weeks for return receipt of product. This warranty is the only one we give on your MR. NOZZLE INC. product, and it sets forth all our responsibilities regarding your MR. NOZZLE INC. product. There are no other expressed warranties. State Law Rights: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. If returning MR.
